A traitor is a selfish person. When someone is a snitch, spy or rat, that person is selfish. It is the opposite of loyalty because when you are loyal you are thinking about your friend. In that case you don't want to hurt them, you are careful and  have a balance. A betrayal is a kind of weakness, and a traitor is a person for sale. Now you will find out how much that person costs.

A traitor is a person who will sacrifice others for own sake. It is just a mask that traitor doing something for the community. So, if someone wants to hurt you over your friends, find out who is the weak spot in your team. Who is the rat? This is the point in the business world, steal ideas or people from the rival company, but first find a weak spot. Find a traitor who will fast change sides.
