Do you consider writers as crazy people?

If you are an author, the feeling of madness is familiar to you. Emotions will fly on the paper.

Depending on your mood, your expression will find a place in your story.

Sad? Your lines will be filled with sadness.

Angry? Your letters will burn in anger.

Happy? Your lines are smiling.

If you have the power to forward your message to readers, they will feel it. Primarily if your stories are based on actual events, you can reach to reader's emotions.

Some myths about authors:

They are addicts. Drinking and taking drugs was not unknown to authors, but it is not the label everyone should wear.

They have mental problems. Writers such as Poe and Kafka are usual patterns, but not every author deals with this.

If authors have writer's block they fall into depression. You can see this in movies when the writer is desperate because his thoughts can't go in the direction he wants. Javier Bardem is a playing writer who will do everything to please his fans in the movie "Mama." This horror shows the danger of obsession with someone's fame and idolatry.

However, you can't write well if you don't move your limits. It means you must step into an unknown area. Killing characters, making kinky intimate scenes, and playing with the reader's mind will give your imagination space.

As I prefer dynamic actions in my books, I also love to read them. Slow descriptions in the book are dull for me.

Can you write well if you are not a little crazy?

Swapping books - a devil's deal

"I will read your book if you read and review mine." This is an example of author's deal when it comes time for reviews. Reviews is hard to get. If you sell books, it is still not guarantee you will get reviews. If I could get a review for every book I sold, it would be great. People will buy book to collect it on the shelves and leave it un-read. Or, they will read but not rate it. Many reasons are for not getting reviews, but some people don't know where and how to write reviews or are not eligible. That is the reason why authors will turn to other authors, with a proposition for review. The danger of such review is on Amazon rules: author can't review other's author books on request. I love to read indie authors and they inspire me, but I have my circle and I never accept offers to read someone I never heard about. Once I got a proposition :" Hey, I saw your review for XX author, can you write it for me, too?" I ignored it. When you have a deal ...
