Authors: are you targeting the right market?

Let's assume people want to support your books. There are some genuine souls who really want your success and they would love to help you. Good intentions are not enough, you need to know are those people are your readers or this support is only formal. What kind of readers you can meet? Some people will share your book links but never open them. There is no use, they do it automatically. People will congrats you, but they are not interested in what are you doing. This is a usual phenomenon, people want to support you for some reasons, but your books are not interesting them. Maybe a guy wants to approach you to flirt, maybe your friend wishes to support you, but their real intention is to be close to you, not to read your books. People will support you expecting you to do the same. "Read my book I will read yours" is a common deal, but not always recommended. You read his book, he never returned. Or he pretended to read, but you can see from the review it is only formal.

Representing author Eva Pasco

Today I am introducing awesome author Eva Pasco. She is the author of romance, drama, and contemporary women's fiction. Although Eva Pasco has published Nonfiction, she prefers writing in the genre of Contemporary Women’s Fiction. Het award-winning “lit with grit” is distinguished for its character -driven plots featuring female protagonists propelled by the nuances of their human condition . Whenever Eva can break away, she enjoys day tripping along Rhode Island’s coastline where her favorite pastime is walking the shore at any season or time of day. How to sell the book?

Hello authors. I bet this is the question you ask yourself very often? What is wrong with my book and why is not selling? Why others are selling books and I can't manage it? Now is a year since I am selling my books. Croatian bank was not in the American bank system so I had to wait 3 years to get my money from Kindle. So, there are worse things than passive readers, agree? I will not lie, it is not an ideal position, and I am not Stephen King or John Grisham.  I learned a few things and I want to share them with you. The cover. What is the first thing that attracts the reader? Your book cover. If you want to buy the book in the library, I am sure you will take the one with an interesting cover. The same is with e-books, you will pick a book by the cover. Professional covers are expensive, but sure you can invest some money and find a suitable price.  The blurb. Now, you want to know what is a book about, before you buy it, isn't it? That is similar to a movie, you will read

My support for authors who are not native English speakers

Do you want to write in the English language, but that is not your native language? Is it possible, to touch the magic stick and your imagination turn into reality? This is not fiction, nor a start of a fairy tale. This is a true story, about me and my books. In the year 2017, I got an email from my blog follower. She asked for a review on Amazon, for her first self-published book. I did not know that is possible to publish books on Amazon with a help of Kindle. She inspired me to try my idea, so I made a collection of my blog stories and published my first short book guide, "Lost in the virtual world." That is how my story begins. Since that, more than three years have passed, and I have 12 published books on Amazon. What I did do? I hired the editor. I paid for some covers. I found a reader's community. I got about 160 reviews on Amazon. I have read 100 books from indie authors for three years. I am a writer from Croatia. Writing in a language that is not my native lang
